Refund policy

30-DAY RETURNS
Not in love with your lamp? You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it for a refund, for any reason.
To be eligible, the item must be unused or only briefly tried, undamaged, and returned with all its parts (lamp, remote and USB-C cable), ideally in its original packaging.

HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email us at novasummer3@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item back. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your receipt until your refund arrives.
Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can process your return quickly.

RETURN SHIPPING
- Changed your mind: return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item: contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, at your choice, and in most cases you won't need to send the item back.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your return (or proof that you've shipped it), we'll let you know by email and refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund.
If you paid for shipping and return your entire order, we also refund the original shipping cost.

BUNDLES
You can return part of a bundle. For each lamp you return, we'll refund the discounted per-lamp price you paid for that bundle.

CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll cancel it with a full refund. Once it has shipped, please follow the return steps above. For a different item or quantity, the fastest way is to return the original and place a new order.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
For orders delivered outside the European Union, any import duties or taxes charged by your local customs on delivery are not collected by us, so we can't refund them. You may be able to reclaim them from your local customs office.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them. If you're a customer in the European Union, this includes your 14-day right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity for faulty products.
