Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

SHIPPING COSTS
- 1 lamp: €4.90 tracked shipping
- 2 or more lamps: free tracked shipping
The shipping cost is shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay. If you shop in another currency, it is converted at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES
Most orders arrive in 7–15 business days. Deliveries can take longer during holidays, peak seasons or customs checks.

WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to all countries available at checkout. If your country isn't listed, write to us.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
For orders delivered outside the European Union, local customs may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, or arrives damaged, email us at novasummer3@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

ADDRESS ERRORS
Please double-check your shipping address. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
