1. ABOUT US
This website is operated by NovaSummer ("we", "us", "our"), run by NovaSummer,Via Ettore baresi 33, Italy. Email: novasummer3@gmail.com. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was clearly wrong or we suspect fraud; in that case we refund you in full. You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. PRODUCTS
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photos are for illustration: colors may look slightly different on your screen, and decorative items shown in the pictures (furniture, props, stands) are not included. What's in the box is listed on the product page.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in euros or, depending on your country, converted into your local currency. Bundle discounts are applied automatically in the cart, and shipping costs are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

5. SHIPPING
Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. For orders delivered outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply and are paid by the customer.

6. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery as described in our Refund Policy. If you are a consumer in the European Union, this includes your legal 14-day right of withdrawal.

7. WARRANTY
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery. If your product is faulty, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it in line with the law.

8. SAFE USE
Use the lamp as described in its instructions and charge it only with a suitable USB-C charger. The lamp is a decorative light, not a toy: children should use it under adult supervision. Keep it away from water and heat sources.

9. LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website (texts, images, videos, logo and design) belongs to NovaSummer or its licensors and may not be copied without our permission.

11. PRIVACY
How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in the courts of that country.

13. CHANGES
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
